CANCELLATION POLICY

November to April : The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100 % of the Entire Stay shall be charged.

May to October : The guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100 % of the Entire Stay shall be charged.

Christmas to New year : no cancellation possible, only firm booking

Rescheduling of booking dates negociable if not last minute (at least a week before) and according to possibilities
