There are no cars ferries in Koh Kood. They are some taxis but be aware they are expensive (500 to 700 baht per ride). The easiest way to visit the islande is to rent a scooter which cost between 300 and 350 baht per day. You can book directly at Jasmin Garden.

Where to swim?

Just in front of Jasmin Garden you will find one of the best snorkeling spot in Koh Kood with beautiful corals and colourful fishes! We will lend you freely snorkeling equipment as well as paddles!

Be aware however that we are located on a rocky beach and that access to the water requires a bit of caution as rocks are sliding.

The first sand beach is not far, at Ban Bao bay,  5 minutes away by walk!

If you are into scuba diving or interested by sea tour, for instance in the gorgeous Koh Rang national park we can book for you with BB Divers for the same price than a direct booking. They will pick-you up directly at Jasmin Garden

Where to eat?

There are plenty of nice restaurants in the island, we invite you to discover, we will give you some advises if you ask for.

Jasmin Garden is a very private place not open to general public so we don't have a full fledged restaurant.  We don't cook for lunch but if you order the morning we can cook for you home made private dinner which we serve at your bungalow or it the garden. We have an affordable wine cave stored in an electric wine cellar and even have french Champagne to celebrate special events!

Be aware that food prices is higher in Koh Kood than in the mainland. Koh Kood is indeed isolated, almost every thing has to be shipped from the mainland by boat and even local productions cost much more.

At Jasmin garden, we cook only in small quantities and with fresh and good quality ingredients, so it has a cost, please don't compare with Bangkok street food prices! Our  menus prices range between  550 baht (meat)  and 800 baht (local sea food) for a starter, a main dish and a fruit.

Can we have a Thai massage or a Yoga class at Jasmin Garden?

Yes, just ask the day before, we will order for you. Massage is always possible. Yoga classes depends on availabilities.

What to do at Jasmin Garden aside swimming or relaxing in a long chair facing the waves?

You can play of course!

  • Petanque (boules)
  • Snooker
  • Darts
  • Chest
  • Cards
  • Boad games
... or read a good book!

Is Jasmin Garden suitable for children?

First you should now that in Thailand we love children and that Jee is particularly crazy with babies! We are equipped with cradled, baby chairs and we never charge for children under 3.

Then you know that we are not located on a sand beach and we don't have a swimming pool. So if you have young children  between 2 to 8 you may prefer a more accessible resort, although the nearest sand beach is really not far. If your children are a bit older and they are used or willing to snorkel, play paddles etc, then they will enjoy Jasmin Garden very much, we speak from experience!

How many stars has Jasmin Garden?

Zero! Jasmin Garden has luxurious bungalows and unique service but we are not interested in becoming a 4 or 5 stars hotel. We will never boast a swimming pool  in front of the sea nor a fancy cocktail bar and we treat both our team and our guests as  part of our friends and family.

Jasmin Garden is our home, we live here with simplicity and we hope you will feel yourself at home and share with us authentic moments!

What is your cancellation policy?

We are very small and any last minute cancellation is a real threat for our very sustainability. We therefore ask for pre-payment of your room at the latest 30 days before arrival with two exceptions : 15 days only during the low season (May-October) and we take only firm booking between Christmas and new year.

If you need to modify your booking dates after you have paid we will explore with you what is possible according to our availabilities.

Cancellations after these payment deadlines are never refundable.

Is Jasmin Garden "pet friendly"?

Yes we are. We have a friendly dog and a cat which are best friends. If your pet is clean and friendly it is welcome!
